Halloween Party

We had our ward Halloween party on Friday night and there was of course one obvious choice for our family costume this year...Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!

The kids were good sports about the whole thing and we had lots of fun!

Happily ever after....

First Hair Cut!

We've been wanting to cut Ashley's hair for some time now and we finally did it this week! She was a little unsure about the whole process but in the end she seemed to like it! The sucker probably helped a little bit too...

Another special day...

The Canadian twins...same birthday...two years apart!

Sydney turns 11...Halle turns 9. Can't believe how old they're getting...and they're growing like weeds!

Baby Sophie

8 months old....

One of our favorite desserts...

One of the kids was in charge of the sprinkles...

Take 1

Take 2

Finally...

They say a picture is worth a thousand words but just in case you're not sure what my wife is thinking let me help you...

"My husband is such a DORK! Why does he keep doing that??? He's really not that funny..."

"Well...okay...he is kind of funny...but still not quite as funny as he thinks he is."

"Okay...I admit that was the first funny thing he has done since we've been married...but he still has a long way to go to be as funny as me!"

Ashley turns 2!

September brings another birthday in our family...Ashley turned 2 and we celebrated with Dora and Boots! The older girls decided that they wanted to buy Ashley a gift to give her this year so Laura was happy to shuttle them over to the mall to do a "little" shopping! You can see one of the purchases below...a pair of really cool sunglasses.

Galactic Heroes take flight...

Laura suggested to Max that they tape a couple of his Galactic Heroes to his plane to see if they could "hang on" for the ride...they did pretty good the first few flights but then we had some mechanical difficulties and Obi-Wan went for a ride on his own!

Bravo Bambinos

Ashley is in a dance class this year called Bravo Bambinos...so far she seems to like the "tap" part of the class the most!
