Family picture day...

This was probably one of the funniest experiences I've had in a long time...just imagine trying to organize 6 couples (with 5 Sainsbury women) and 22 grandchildren 11 years old and younger into a family picture!

Crabbing in San Juan Islands

Grandpa took the boat out and we caught fresh crab (25 I think)...we came back to the house to cook them and then Laura made some amazing crab cakes!

As you can see from the pictures some of the kids were a little more adventurous with the crabs!

The party has begun....

So.... in the span of a couple of weeks all of Laura's family has come "home" to visit...it has been wonderful to be together again as a family as it has been some time since this has occured.

July 4th

We had a very enjoyable 4th of July! Our day began with a ward breakfast at the park and ended with more great food at Grandma & Grandpa's house and the infamous fireworks show!

Newport, Oregon

We had the chance to spend a few days in Newport, Oregon and the family consensus was that this is a trip we must take again! The weather was amazing, the beach was fun, the pool was rowdy and the food was fabulous!
